AFRICAN CHAPLAINCY ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR MAY TO DECEMBER, 2025
- We remember all our Church members in need of our support and prayers: the sick, expectant mothers, unemployed, students, those seating for exams, families experiencing difficulties, fruit of the womb, right Marriage Partner, homeless families, all who are bereaved and all in various needs, may God bless them all, those who travelled may God grant them protections and journey mercies. Amen.
- We remember those celebrating their birthdays this month. We wish them many more years of Divine Blessings and Protection. Amen.
- A gentle reminder of our African Chaplaincy Family Rosary every Saturday via zoom at 8pm. All are welcome.
- May Devotion is in progress. Centres, Families and individuals are urged to pray the Rosary daily during the month of May.
- The African Chaplaincy invites you to the very important Chaplaincy Child Safeguarding Training on Saturday, the 24th of May, 2025 in Crosscare Mainstreet, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. Time: 9am to 1pm. The Archdiocesan Child Safeguarding Contact Person will facilitate this Training. Certificates will be awarded and Garda vetting forms will be distributed to all participants to fill. Please, indicate your attendance.
- The African Chaplaincy starts Novena to the Holy Spirit on Friday 30th May and conclude on Saturday 7th June with the Family Rosary and Novena via zoom at 8pm. All are urged to participate.
- The African Chaplaincy invites you to join us in a celebration to mark the end of May Devotion via zoom on Saturday 31st May 2025. Time is 8pm. All are invited.
- The African Chaplaincy CMO Retreat holds on Saturday 7th June, 2025 at St. Brigid’s Catholic Church, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. Time is 10:30am. All are welcome.
- The African Chaplaincy invites you to the celebration of the Feast of Pentecost on Sunday 8th June, 2025. Venue is Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Lucan. Time is 2pm. All are welcome.
- The African Chaplaincy invites you to the celebration of Father’s Day on Sunday 15th June 2025. Venue is Immaculate Conception Church, Clondalkin. Time is 2pm.

- The African Chaplaincy Liturgical Committee Meeting holds on Wednesday 2nd July, 2025 via zoom at 8pm. Members are encouraged to attend.
- October Devotion starts on Wednesday 1st October and ends on Friday 31st October, 2025. Families and Centres are urged to pray the Rosary together at their own convenient times.
- The African Chaplaincy Family Pilgrimage to Rome holds from Wednesday 1st October to Monday 6th October 2025. We pray to God for journey mercies, protection and guidance.
- The African Chaplaincy celebrates 2025 Harvest Thanksgiving on Sunday 26th October, 2025 in St. Brigid’s Catholic Church, Blanchardstown, Dublin, 15 at 2pm. All are invited.
- The African Chaplaincy marks the end of October Devotion on Friday 31st October, 2025 at 8pm via zoom. All are welcome to join.
- The African Chaplaincy CYO invites you to their Convention 2025 on Saturday 1st and 2nd Sunday, November, 2025.
- The African Chaplaincy CMO invites you to their Convention 2025 on Saturday 22nd November, 2025 in St. Vincent’s Castleknock College, Dublin 15.
- You are invited to the African Chaplaincy Mass of Remembrance for the dead on Friday 21st November, 2025 Via Zoom. Time: 8pm. Our members are requested to send the names to be placed on the altar list for the dead to their Centre Coordinator as soon as possible. Note: The names of people that died this year will be called out during the Mass.
