THE CATHOLIC MEN ORGANISATION OF THE AFRICAN CHAPLAINCY DUBLIN HELD THEIR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON SATURDAY THE 23RD OF NOVEMBER AT ST VINCENT’S COLLEGE CASTLEKNOCK, DUBLIN 15.

The hugely successful event featured a talk on Mental Health by Sir Calistus Ogechi, a Knight of the Order of St Columbanus and a Health Care Professional. The commemorative Mass that followed after the talk was celebrated by the Chaplain Fr Cornelius Nwaogwugwu CM.

After Mass, members were treated to a sumptuous breakfast courtesy of Sir Anthony Ugbiyobo with support from Sir Paul Uzo, Sir Patrick Obijuru, Sir Calistus Ogechi and the CMO Secretary, Bro Stephen Macky.

The AGM took the centre stage after breakfast and deliberations were intense and purposeful. At the AGM session, members had the opportunity to jaw jaw on crucial matters that concerns the welfare of members ultimately leading to far reaching decisions that would move the organisation forward.

Next was the Christmas party. The very robust party put members in the Christmas mood. Members ate, drank, danced and had loads of fun together.

Finally, the CMO Chairman, Sir Dr. Denis Chima thanked this year’s Organising committee Chairman, Sir Fred Izogie and his team for a job well done. He wished everyone a merry Christmas and a prosperous 2025.
